Not a big deal, but one thing not to forget is, know what you want to pay, and do not be afraid to walk out. I was in my truck, and the manager came out and gave me the exact deal I wanted right there on the spot. And you know what else, I got an extra grand off for owning a Jeep. I did not have to trade it in, I just had to show the registration. This was a Ford Corporate "competitive owner" bonus cash. yay. On top that they have another grand off bonus cash, and another $750 off. So thats $2750 off straight from Ford. And on top all that I got lots more off, they were great. Love this dealership now!!!

I was a computer geek for 25 years in corporate america, but I also did sell BMWs for 5 years. I loved those years, and I learned a lot, which I now use to buy autos. Some think buying cars is no fun, not me, I love it. In fact, when I sold cars I would tell my sometimes nervous clients to calm down, and take it easy, cause the customer is always in charge, not the salesman. I tried to get them to have fun with it. I actually was a good saleman. Only did it for 5 years, but I became the 2nd best salesman in the whole auto park, and there were 6 brands/stores they had in the autopark. I attribute it mostly to knowing the product, and I knew BMW's inside and out, whereas most salespeople don't even know much about the product they are selling.
