That looks amazing. Love the cinnamon flavor too so nice touch with that. Think I might do the blueberry cobbler this weekend if this rain keeps coming. Thanks for sharing.
I had all day to think how I would adjust my new Blueberry Cobbler recipe to fit fresh off the tree Peaches while processing 60 pounds of the Peaches. I think I hit it well with my guesstimates.
I added a very high quality Vanilla extract from King Arthur Flour co & a full TSP of cinnamon. I took a closeup for Ketchn.
I still have another 20 pounds to go, they were just under ripe so I'm working on a recipe for flash freezing them in slices where they are loose from each other.

I'm practicing with the Video editor, this video was totally upside down and I was able to correct it. man when these cobblers come out of the oven they are still cooking. Really fantastic smell all thru the house now.

Looks fantastic.
Well I had to go and push the envelop yesterday. I cooked another peach cobbler but added 1/2Tsp ground ginger and 1/2 cup Ginger Jammy Bits we buy from King Arthur Flour Co. Also mixed the lite brown sugar well into the white sugar before topping the cobbler. It's the best peach cobbler I have ever made.
