    Default time to go clean some fish , but .......


    I am here to tell ya real quickly ,that there lightly seasoned
    4 minutes per side over an oak fire
    butterflied pc. a meat off a kilt deer
    WAS ......KABOOM
    refried beans and poblano rice as sides
    2 flour tortillas and it went away FAST ....just saying
    sometimes the simplest things are just ....mmmmm

    I prefer those backstraps over beef when cooked by someone that knows what their doing like my son or myself. Get those medium rare and nothing like them that you don't have to take out a second mortgage to have. refried beans and poblano rice to go along with it? Mighty tasty I imagine but needed some grilled onions to go along with them.

    we was packing REALLY light that go , i actually grabbed the meat out of the big freezer when I grabbed block ice for the ice chest and the rice and beans were from a previous meal leftovers ,we had no onion with us or salsa , that chunk a deer though was done to perfect medium rare ....
    we only had 4 tortillas as well and 2 tiny limes , but in the end the plate was just divine for sure
