we had some reports a few moons ago about my favorite lake when I was younger fella , not many folks know about prescription drugs and how they leave the body unchanged in large amounts after ingestion.
this particular lake became the area of high end housing and development back when and some years down the road after I had long since quit visiting it there were reports about the fish having large amounts of Prozac in them ....

in was back when and it seems plausible that it could occur , in lots of cases prescription meds leave the body in amounts of 50 to 75% chemically unchanged the first time you go pee pee after ingestion .
not sure if it's possible for it to get it in amounts that would pollute the fish in the nearest waterway ,but to be sure it could happen I suppose

I believe they said you would have to drink 100 glasses of water to get the equivalent of one tablet worth

The state recommended removing the skin , bones , and fatty tissue, (the red meat ) before cooking any fish caught in certain lakes , rivers , and creeks . And also recommended reducing the amount of fish eaten.
They also recommended eating smaller fish such as crappie and bluegill .
I heard you could not lessen amount of mercury in a fish by filleting it

My understanding is that bio-accumulating chemicals tend to concentrate in the fatty tissues and filleting and trimming belly fat does lessen exposure.
