I thought you meant for the boat. Here"s what I use at home:

Each of you have presented great ideas. I'm a minimalist at heart but enjoy having variety too. The shoebox idea is out of the question. That would work great for home storage. Maybe I do a combination of both... leave some in bags and only pack 5 of each in the plano case
He fooled you s10. That picture was snapped in Cabelas

Tempted to sell many of them on Ebay - especially many of the 400 crankbaits I own which I'll never use in this lifetime.
This is what I use. I can add zip lock bags to it when I need to. Works well for me on my boat & when I walk the bank in the late fall & early winter. Seems to keep mine better than when I used the Plano boxes. Just my opinion.

What he said is what I have went to, so far so good, only had to go to three of them overstuffed....
I’ve always just leave them in the package they came in. Don’t last long anyway. ?
LOL. . .loved the Kevin Rodgers video!!! That is going to be my new storage technique. Are those holes drilled in his boxes? I wouldn't think so due to leakage and mess, but it sure does look like it. . .???
I use a BassMafia 3700 Bait Coffin box. They are expensive but the best box I’ve ever used. Very hard plastic, has dividers to make 48 compartments and has a seal to keep oil from leaking out if it’s on its side or end. It also keeps the sun from bleaching out colors since it is a colored plastic.
