Thread: The Tchefuncte River

Made a afternoon trip to my fav o rite river Wednesday.

Conditions were perfect. Not one trailer at da landing and only saw one party barge all afternoon. Really rare to have a whole river to one's self.

Water was up about 4 or 5 feets since I had feeshed last week. South wind and da tide must have brought it in. But river wuz moving out at a nice clip. Had to add a split shot to keep it in da zone.

All feesh caught tight line with a black n green n chartreuse tube, blue n chartreuse , and black n chartreuse tube.

Found a bunch of goggle eyes dat were willing to play.
