I am keeping my paid for vehicles. My 2003 F250 is clicking right along with 210K. Paid off our Grand Cherokee last year and it was so liberating or make that final payment. My old truck needs cab corners and $90 cab corners beats a rediculous car payment. JMHO

The good news is, we're not in a hurry.
Not being in a hurry is the best place to be. Gives you time to find what you want at the best price. Seems to be alot of turmoil around vehicle prices right now. Hope you find a good deal and can get out and enjoy the RV.

I would wait. This is what I’m doing. Went to several lots a couple months ago and nobody had anything. Lots of 4 cylinders but not what I was after. Every truck that was in route to dealership was sold sight unseen. Money I’m going to fork out no need settling on something I don’t want.

I am waiting on the new Ridgeline 400R. I be styling going to walmart. The RTL-R is supposed to sit closer to the ground. I want something to get in and out without a step. I am not into high stepping and big tars.

    All good thoughts !
When we bought the frontier, a travel trailer was not on our minds. I was quite happy with it until then. Wife isn't happy about this, as the frontier will be paid off in 2 years. I said there is an alternative, "Sell the trailer." She was not thrilled with that statement ! ! ! Apparently, that isn't an alternative!!
So far, I've test driven a ram and silverado. Both 3/4 ton, 4x4, long bed. If I can a similar ford, will test it also. As of yet, I'm not brand specific. Trying to give them all a fair shake.

I wasn't aware crank windows where still made. That was a regular cab, long bed, 4x4, gasser, one ton, new. Sticker price of $44,000. Oh, it had a backup camera !

I would like to see the options sheet on how much extra those manual window cranks cost. At this point probably cheaper to go with power windows

A dealer friend of mibe bougght a Chevy 3/4 gasser at auction 2 years ago for 27k for his personal truck. He didnt use it much so he put it in an auction last month. It sold for $51k. Its crazy right now. I am waiting myself. I only pay cash, and while my trade is worth top dollar I have to pay a premium for a new or used ride. F-150# that were selling for $36k to $38k 2 years ago have prices listed at $55k here locally.
