Thread: Buy a new truck now? Or wait?

Thanks all!
Two of the dealers we stopped at, have a $5000 & the other has a $3000 markup, for chip shortage. I wanted to walk when we found that out. Of course it wasn't on there website. We tried to deal with the one that had the $3000 markup, they then offered us $5000 under KBB for our trade. We walked. That was two weeks ago, that vehicle is still there.
The dealers we've been to since, Haven't had any mark-ups.
We stopped at several others, they are not doing this markup stuff.
If the used wasn't so expensive, id go that route.
The good news is, we're not in a hurry.

I ordered an F-250 in MARCH , just got it Fri. AUG the 13th. Got a great trade in .If you can find what you want now I would say get it .

Not being in a hurry is the best place to be. Gives you time to find what you want at the best price. Seems to be alot of turmoil around vehicle prices right now. Hope you find a good deal and can get out and enjoy the RV.
