I have a GS76SG 7’ 6” split grip and a Presidential Arbor spinning reel on it. I really like the rod for casting 1/32oz jigs. I have a 8 and a 10 ACC jigging pole as well and do some casting with them usual with a jig under a cork and they work well.

The 8ft is my go to rod for casting, mostly 1/16 oz jigs and the 6ft inshore docks with. Very happy with both rods. I do like the stiffer backbone and they are light. I took the 8ft to Lake Erie last spring and fished Walleye with it awesome even with big fish.

Like they say " you do not like them send them back " . Sent two back as I like a softer tip rod . Great folks/rods . They replaced the rods with two more and I did not care for them either. My brother has several and likes them a lot . Has two more now . Ford/chevy .
ACC Crappie Styx
I have had my ACC Crappie Styx for 3 years. 6' 6' two piece and an 11' two piece. The quality is not very good. The tip on the shorter rod has broken off twice while pulling in fish. And 4 eyelets on the 11' rod have broken off. I will not buy another one. I did complain to the company and their suggestion was to buy another upper half at $25+ each.

they are VERY light rods and it is my guess the rod blanks are really super thin walled ....

Nobody puts more hours on their ACC Crappie Stix rods than I do. We have caught multiple drums over 30 pounds on my 12 footers, 14, and 16 footers. I have hung cranks on most of my rods with braid line and have stretched them double until the rod holder slipped around. We are 100% free of ACC breakage in normal fishing situations. Sure, I’ve had some broken but every time it was from getting stepped on, slammed in rod boxes, coolers dropped on them, etc. Mostly from uncaring clients.
I’ve boat flipped multiple two pound plus crappie, countless drums, bass, catfish , sauger. I make my living with my equipment and I gladly use ACC.
