Nice, I think I like the chartreuse on the left the best, but they should all catch fish.

Hi All
Been a while since I posted to this forum "LAzy". Its raining cats and dogs again. Thought I'd tie a few flies. I have a couple of new "good quality" fly rods. Really looking foreward to getting out this spring.
If the weather ever turns around. Its starting to come over the levee. These should really work witha shot of slabsauce. Which one of these do you like the best?

Easy. Chartreuse on the left.

I like all of them, but if I pick one it would be the middle one. Black and white.
Nice looking Flies for sure. Chartreuse vote for me.
These look good and should catch some fish. Have you ever tried the Crappie Candy Fly? I have tied a lot of them over the years, but I must confess I just have not been able to make myself get out in spring with my fly rod, lol! Here is a picture of the fly and FAOL has the recipe in detail with pics!

Sorry, that’s Fly Anglers On Line they have a board for talking, but they also have lessons with different levels of tying. Th also have a lot of fly patterns like Crappie Candy fly. If you go to that web site and search for Crappie Candy the first choice is the one, it says something about Fly of the Week ir something like that.
