I used this last two times trolling and I am impressed. I was surprised how this out fish other baits and color on a cloudy day and stained water. I would have thought this was a more clear water color. I am getting hooked on this bait and color.

In the olden days we fished for Crappie with what they call bass minnows and #1 hooks 2" floats. The Crappie would pull the float under once then it'd pop up you'd set the hook on the second run. No small fish they were all 10-16" fish. Oh and they were 3 doz for a dollar or .33/doz my how times and prices have changed.
As a 13 oy kid I questioned the price the guy said you get more when you by 3 doz/for a dollar I said you better get at least 3 doz
This was in Woods Reservoir near Tullahoma TN at a cooling water outlet
