I went with boatcoversdirect.com on advice of SeaRay. I chose the Sunbrella fabric and while it does cost more it is worth it IMHO. More than likely they have one for your exact fit.

All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.
Thanks to BnM PST, Midsouth Jig, Big River Marina
The lower the height the more shade. Many want to be able to stand up under one but I chose not to do that. I got the 54 inch.

I got the Sunbrella material for my bimini as I use it a a lot for sun and rain and wanted something to last. In my opinion there is not anything that will outlast the sunbrella material. Granted it is heavier than any other in case you are wondering about the weight.

Mark 1:17 ...I will make you fishers of men
For the height measurement, I sat in my spider rigging chair and had the wife measure to the top of my head and add 12 inches. Coincidently, I can stand mid boat by the console without ducking down.
I bought the 8' long model and the sliding mount for the gunwales. When we spider rig, we slide the cover all the way forward, when we are pulling cranks from the back, we slide it all the way back.
Measure three times, drill once!
Pic16'x5'9" Alumnacraft V-hull tiller, I mounted Cabelas brand top on tracks so that I can slide the top 3 ft fore or aft, depending on what I am doing and the sun location.
Pic is of fishing buddy that is 6 ft tall while pulling cranks.
