Is the food good from these air fryers. How does the food compare to pan or deep frying?

I don't have an air fryer yet, but I see in some of the posts that G and others are spraying their fish, etc with Pam after breading, before cooking. I can't add anything about air fryers but thought I'd let you know that there is a refillable pump up oil sprayer made by Pampered Chef, that you can fill with olive oil, pump a few times and spray on food. I got my wife to get one because we put olive oil on vegetables before baking them. I much prefer it to using Pam and in the long run it's much cheaper.

I got one just like the one they are showing and so far everything has cooked as good or better than fried.
I think you'll like it. It just uses air as the propellant. There's no "rocket fuel" smell like I smell with the propellant used in Pam.Originally Posted by G";3550728]Good idea....the PAM spray i have been useing is the olive oil version .....i will look into the spritzer bottle tho.
