Transducer question
I'm going to upgrade my Helix 9 compact transducer to the HD transducer. I'm curious if there is a way to mount a transom transducer to the trolling motor or vice versa. My current transducer is mounted to the transom but I eventually plan to get a mega for the transom and move my Helix 9 to the trolling motor but I don't want to have to by a another new tm transducer when I move it.

Trolling motor is an older terrova. I didn't know if the shield savors for a trolling motor will work with the transom mount transducer.
