    They work either way. Like Speck said once you get dialed into them you will wonder why you didn’t have them a long time ago.

    Would the beads work using them in a casting situation? If the hole was large enough? I need all the help I can get. LOL

    Ok I was conviced to go home and add some beads to my rods just to try it out until i read this....makes a really good point here

    I was pretty convinced myself but this in one big downside to it. But I think there are more positives than negatives to it. Cant hurt to try it though! And thanks to everyone for the replies!

    Honestly if the waves are that bad you won't hear them anyway
