I love cook or fry cabbage and this is a New Year tradition. Does anyone else have this tradition. Yum!

Not for New Years day, but we eat cabbage about once a week. My favorite way is baked. Cut the head into 1/4-1/2" thick slices, sprinkle a little olive oil then salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes. I take it out when the thinner leaves start getting dark brown. Tastes completely different than steamed or boiled cabbage. It's the only way I want it now.
