Praying for her. My elder brother also had a stroke while in the Navy which affected speech, left and right arm. He was treated at Walter Reed and has been going for therapy every week for the past 2 years. Its a matter of time, less stress & therapies she will be ok.

doing better today guys,,,nurses trying to ween her off ventilator so we can go into some regular nursing treatment until she's ready to begin rehab of some sort,,, right now only 1 place takes critical care patients that are still on vents and its Not on my favorites list with all the bad reviews,,,so prayers for my baby to do without critical care is a must

So today life throws us a tad bit a curve ball,,My wife gets off the ventilator for a day and a half and then this morning she's totally spent and needs vent once again all day,,,, They tried to take her off it for an hour or so and she labored way too much,,, so much that she'd stop breathing for 5-10 seconds at a time,, needless to say this is wrenching to watch your loved one stop breathing so such long periods of time,,,Trusting God for a much better day tomorrow,,,thanks for prayers fellas,,,I know Gods listening,,,
