The ones I know do not frequent this site. They post on Facebook. Follow team Phillips or c&m guide service.

They are either not on here or don't want to share what they are doing. Sometimes when folks find out that people are catching fish somewhere they rush over there and an area can get overfished in a short time.

I don't believe there's anyone that fishes those lakes a lot. I have see some Jordan posts but they are mostly in the spring. To be honest there's not a lot of reports anywhere this time of year.

I fish Jordan, Coosa head waters above Jordan, and the Alabama River. Last few times I went to the Alabama River and the bite was tough. Managed just a few. If fishing he river, I would look where the feeder creeks enter the river on drop offs. I personally think the river is the better option this time of year because the current keeps the water temp down in comparison to Jordan, and the oxygen levels are better. The fish should respond better.

By all means, I'm not a professional crappie fisherman(it shows in the standings below, Lol). I have spent the past 4 weekends on lake Jordan, I have shot docks, trolled Arkies and have fished under green lights at night.
    Total score thus far is:
    12 catfish
    1 fresh water drum
    1 crappie
