Not far from home as I live in Opelousas. I bought some Arkie 320's. Need to give old Dub a try again. How deep should I pull?

Just curious but with only 14 ft. of line out the fish don't get spooked? Are you using an outboard or trolling motor?

When they are biting nothing seems to stop them...I pushed some jigs out the front o the boat with 6 ft rods and fished 1-2 ft deep....no problem....if they are not biting it's a matter of finding the one that is and how they want it.....as 20 watt says...a busy troller is a happy troller

I'm using my outboard motor, it doesn't seem to bother them. This is Arkies depth chart used with 10 & 12 pound test mono trolling at 1.5 - 1.8 mph. There is a good vidio on utube under Percision Trolling Crank Baits

Thanks all. When I look at the various setups on here it looks most are using bass tackle. Are light spinning rods like use for tight lining shiners not enough? Thanks.
