Are you pulling the crank baits with your trolling motor?

It's been a pretty busy week for me, so I'm just now getting around to posting a report from Monday. I had to replace all 3 batteries on my boat, but at least I had one known good extra battery in the garage.
Here's the report: The wife, my daughter and I trolled crank baits Monday morning for about 5 hours, until the batteries gave out on me. We did pretty good, with several short fish released for next year's catch. A couple of times we had 2 or 3 fish on at the same time, including some short hybrids that we had to release. Of course they ran across some of the lines and tangled us up, but that's just part of it sometimes. We did catch some nice crappie with several measuring about 12 inches, and ended up with 12 keepers on the crappie and a bonus white bass. We also put out some jugs and picked up some catfish. One of the catfish hit a crank bait and that was fun! The crank bait that caught the most was a Bomber Fat Free Shad with a white belly and chartruese back that was running about 8 feet down.
I'm going again tomorrow morning, can't wait!
Here's a couple of pics:
