    Default Windy Thumping

I took Matt out this morning of thumps. The wind howled 10-20mph. It was tough. We did manage to catch a dozen keepers and a bunch of dinks. We finally worked out a summer patern. Matt caught the big fish of the day. No cooler shot because we didn't need any more fillets.

Have had days where the bite was off till wind broke the surface . Looks like it worked for you .

There was. It was bad windy. Almost imposible to hold on a location. But when you have an inch, sometimes you just have to scratch it!

Yep, the 6,700 acre pond in my back yard! Once we moved away from the south bank, the bites and the wind increased. The forcast was for 10-20 but it was more like 15-20 and fairly constant.
