    The bases, threads are different where it tightens up. If you have trouble they will replace the bases, I have the contact info if you need it but it was like pulling eye teeth to get them fixed. Sold em and went a different route. I really like the idea and if you got the right ones you will love em.

    Nothin to it. Rigged 100's of boats. No telling the number of holes I've drilled in brand new boats. All in the right places of course. Lol

    What really hurts is when you get them wrong the first time, and have to drill more! My old Carolina Skiff has holes all over the place, filled with silicone.. So far, it still floats!
