You should give it a try. Much more fun to lose two or three jigs at a time... Grand Bayou 5-2-17

I was wondering if you were out there yesterday. My wife and I were in my silver Ranger aluminum boat. We got there around 9 AM. I was easing around with my troll motor dragging plastic jigs and shiners, working toward a big brushtop I found last week. There was a couple of guys with an aluminum boat that showed up soon after we arrived. They had a nice looking spider rig setup. They motored in, set down on the top and camped out on it for a while. So we just trolled around dragging our jigs and shiners. We brought home a dozen nice ones and culled about 6 or 8 smaller ones.

Post a pic of your boat so I know who to look for next time. If you saw a blue fiberglass stick steer with a big dude in the front that was me!

Wait a minute, was your wife wearing a white hoodie? I think I remember seeing you pull up.

Yep, she was wearing a white jacket and had the hood pulled over her head while we were running. I think I came in south of you and moved on toward the dam a bit.
