Nice catch Marty. That pop sickle jig has only worked once for me at Bundicks but it seems to do much better in North Louisiana waters. I know DocWaldo uses it alot on Darbonne and does well with it. Thanks for the report and pictures.

Have not fished much. Busy staying after my house builder. Have caught a few and caught my first ever smallmouth. Pickwick is a different place. Not much by way of shallow. haha. Had 2 guys sucked through the dam this week, boat and all. Both killed. Also had a 17 year old flip a small boat a half mile below the dam and he drowned. Same day. They are running the dam very open, because of all the rain. You can feel the current a mile away in the lake, Below the dam looks like a couple hundred yard( or more) rapid. Supposed to cut back starting Wed. Gonna wait until next week to try again. Geegee still over there, but not on C.c much. Jigman09 is the fellow who bought my house next to Ceegee.
