    The phone can stay in the truck unless in a holster on the belt turned off. The radio can stay in the truck too. Turned off in the tackle bag.

    I put mine on a lanyard attached to my belt, and stuffed into my pocket. Never know when you'll need a camera for a 3+ pounder.

    Takeum lost his phone, when a 3# crappie in his cooler flopped and knocked his phone over the boat. Sad but true. Funny things happen at Sardis. LOL
