I'm with Skip on this !! I've used Roadrunners since they were first introduced, and I've caught some of my biggest Crappie and highest numbers of Crappie on them.

I use them from Pre-Spawn til late Fall .... mostly casting, but occasionally I will troll one between spots that are close enough to not need to fire up the outboard.

I even had Skip tie me up some, in solid pink, since the Roadrunner people decided to discontinue theirs.
