    Cajun one of them is by Paul Prudhomme called "Magic Salt Free Seasoning". Another is by "Peanut", I don't have a can right now to get the proper name but it to is salt free.

    Darn near everyone got a seasoning mix over here. All good. Most come from Targill's plant in Opelousas. Contact them, tell em what you want. Slap your label on it. Send me a sample!
