    Default "Slap Ya Moma"

I love the crispyness of fried sacs but dealing with the oil sure gets messy and time consuming and just maybe is not the healthiest way to do it....my wife has been pan frying her fish with lemon pepper but I do not like the lemon flavor....she asked me again last night, so, I said OK, But, put some of that "Slap Ya Moma" seasoning on it....I had bought that to put on my french fries.....Long story short, we both went crazy over it....had some more tonight....she pats the fish dry, seasons it, fries in a skillet with a small amount of coconut oil....start off cooking high then cook on medium...that keeps the fish from breaking up in small pieces....that is a potato patti like you get on a McDonalds breakfast....soooooooo good...
