    Default Barnett 3/31 and 4/1

Well yesterday I got there real early thought the wind and wound up with 16 really nice fish in 4 to 5 foot of water. Got a really late start today at 10 o'clock and still wound up with 16 really nice fish in 4 to 5 fow. It's weird the two days the fish should have been the best seem to be difficult to get really get on them well and they were not in the very shallow water to any degree despite water temperatures in the mid-70s

Yeah, them green carp gas-wasters need to learn that there more than just 2 fish at opposite ends of the lake.

They drove 10 minutes to get to the tourney-winning stump. After 3 casts to the stump, which did not produce the instant results that the 2 gunslingers had desired, Bob the Basscar racer told his snowflake partner to don his helmet for the next 10 minute sprint.

(Meanwhile the adjacent offshore crappie fisherman is cussing the nuisance green carp that won't quit tearing up his blue and chart umbrella jigs.)

Boy, last time I was on the lake, I heard one wail a stump trying to run flat out between saddle bags and oil well. Betcha ten dollars he went home without a lower unit b the way it sounded....
