    Had the same problem first time I used mine. It takes a little practice but they really good once you change your angle of attack.

    Replacement blades for American Angler electric filet knives.
    I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.
    I get 6 miles to the gallon.

    I will sell mine to anybody that wants them. They have filleted one fish, and I about threw them in the garbage right then.

    Best blade so far for my American Angler Pro has been the 9" fisherman's blades by Mister Twister. Runs like a dream!
