    They did good on everything but the skin . They wanted to dig into skin so I tilted up a little then noticed meat on skin .

    I have never had that problem...change your blade angle a little bit...I actually hold mine fairly flat when taking the skin off.

    what "G" said. it also helps if you have the handle of the knife off the edge of the table that way the blade is flat as possible. don't give up on that shark blade.
