2 day tourney vs a 1 day tourney. Entry fees do not cost u as much on 1 day tourneys. The amount of entry's was different for each. I think 80 boats in one and 65 in the other. ACT is paying out more than I have seen though. There gonna draw some good fishermen. The rules are strict and they don't fit everyone. Local guides are having trouble with the off limits rule from what I've heard from 2 of them.

Iam not a tournament fishermen but the payout on ACT looks very inticing I might just throw my hat in on the June tournament. I would love to win that with my 800 dollar boat. Iam going to have to read up on the rules and regs. So let me get this right Rees you say first place got 25000 plus a ranger boat.
All I was saying is u can't compare the two from this past wkd because of the different variables in how much was taken in in entry fees. I don't have a clue what cm paid out this wkd but act pd out 100% plus a 25k boat. I really enjoyed everything about it and I'm sure everybody else did too. Except the weather. Crappie masters has been around a long time though and I like Mike and all the staff. I like fishing the crappie masters and hopefully they don't schedule to many tournaments in ms on the same date!

In a 92 boat field, CM paid out $7,000 to first place. In a 60 +/- boat field, they paid out right at $6,000.
CUSA will have 16 tournaments, CM will have 17 tournaments and ACT will have 7 tournaments. These all include their own National Championships in September and October.
CUSA draws a lot of teams due to their divisions, and I believe that would increase the draw to CM events. We all know increasing the payout will do the same. I just wish the CUSA would travel to some other lakes, like mississippi.
Regardless, all three tours were in full swing this past weekend and each had very good turn outs.
