Anchor Down is really nice - you'll like it. I keep an RV about 1 mile from there year around and fish Douglas several times a week. First week of April is a great time to fish Douglas, but it will be rising and full of trash. Makes it really tough to Spider Rig or long line troll. You'll be on the lower end of the lake. I'd head to the back of Flat Creek. Fairly short run and the best fishing on the lake that time of year. PM me when it gets close to time for your trip and I'll give you a report.
