    Default West Point 14th

Fished all over Yellow jacket and basically limited out. Stopped 5 short in case I miscounted. Water temp was 61.3 degrees at 2:30 when I left. Fish are trying to go shallow. Sad part is we caught many more hybrids than crappie. Usually it is just a handful. Color did not matter. Started 15-25 fow then went 8-15 fow later in the day.

Pound fish are only good for eatin' instead of posing! The picture I sent you should put you in the fishing mood! Actually the butter beans were not a problem just the hybrids.

I fished upriver Saturday and Sunday. Did well both days, but Sunday afternoon was non-stop. Fish were in 2-6 ft near timber. There was a lot of bait in the area and the fish were feeding hard. The fish I kept were slap full of shad.Name: 15.jpg

Allman Brothers were and are great. They used to jam for free on Sundays at Central City Park in Macon in the old days. We went to see Greg Allman last year and it was a great concert. He is old but he still does a great job. The Big House is a cool place to go. The Road goes on Forever. LOL. Lord Willing.
