You can tell by the replies that some of the T-Bar users don't understand how the individual holders work or how much easier they are to adjust. The main advantage the individual holders have is that when you don't see the initial bump, the entire rack doesn't shake. Only the one that got hit does. Makes it easy to see the right rod without trying to figure out which one got hit, grab it, and set the hook before the fish spits the bait especially on a Lite bite.
