Thanks Bill, some day I would like to get a set.
I have them at the shop when you get ready. I'll take ya out and show ya how they work if ya want.
You can tell by the replies that some of the T-Bar users don't understand how the individual holders work or how much easier they are to adjust. The main advantage the individual holders have is that when you don't see the initial bump, the entire rack doesn't shake. Only the one that got hit does. Makes it easy to see the right rod without trying to figure out which one got hit, grab it, and set the hook before the fish spits the bait especially on a Lite bite.
One more bit of info for you. DO NOT use the single track when you mount the individual holders. I've tried that and it doesn't work as well as the individual mounts. Even though they won't shake the other rod holders like a T-Bar, they do shake all of the holders a little. When you mount them on a single track, basically all you have is an upside down T-Bar. The T is mounted to the deck and doesn't shake as bad as a T in the air, but they do shake some because the single track ties them all together. DON'T DO IT!!!
