    The short cables work great to help yourself out but I carry long ones. That way I can also jump start another boater that's in a bind without pulling a battery out.

    Yep enjoyed visiting with you Bruce. We wound up with 2 keepers. Anyone who uses McGees look out for the hole at the end of the ramp with the water shallow. Cost me about and hour and a half and I consider myself lucky.

    Good news....battery good....alternater good....just got to charge my cranking battery once a month...I always thought that if I ran far enough in the boat on the water that it would stay charged....I stand corrected....now, just got to replace my live well pump and my in dash GPS and get some new seats....first priority is GPS....that is a life saver on foggy mornings...just ask Greezy....
