Did they get better speed at delivering ordered replacements when a guy breaks one?
That's the only complaint I ever heard about Ozark Rods.
Performance is awesome with their rods.

Everharts in Clinton is a distributor for them now. They have plenty of tips in stock. If not I'm sure they will take one off a full rod to sell you. I believe they have all the rods they make in stock. Dock shooters all the way up to the 16' trollers. May be able to get price for replacement tips on the website.

That's excellent to hear. Some companies have minor service issues and they get better.
Good to get the word out for those who have written them off because they couldn't get replacements in what they determine to be an acceptable time frame.
