Arkansas Crappie Mafia caught all the crappie earlier this year. Lake has to grow some more slabs.

That lake can humble the best of um. That's why the guides only fish it when she's on a tear.

I think there is so much bait in the lake the fish just don't have to be aggressive. There are some pigs there if you can catch enough of them tho. Them girls have shoulders. Gotta be losing it!

Right on Gomer. That's a good Christian attitude. Need to do it before the water cools down.

I am always thinking of the other guy.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.

There was a bunch of suspended fish in the northwest corner of the levee but I couldn't get bit. I think I should have pushed cranks might have been able to entice some big fish to bite!I had left all my cranks at home.

From the info on the fj forum registration and weigh in is at Tadpoles in Hernando. 3pm weigh in, be a safe bet to catch a guber or two around there. Hernando point is the closest of course, but with the strong west winds predicted may not be the best choice. I've had the same results last couple of times Mr. Steve, found them stacked up, but couldn't pay for a bite. I swear sometimes my cranks were bumping them in the head, them Butla fish ain't going hungry that's for sure.
