No Tom...That at walmart does not have the pepper in it....if it does it would say on the label. I just use pepper on my breakfast and take the Tumeric Curcumin.

I had a cortisone shot in my elbow. Shot hurt worse than the elbow pain, but it hastened the recovery. I was headed to Oregon for Salmon fishing and was afraid I could hold the rod against a big fish.
Got mine from digging post holes in rocky clay. Gave my hole diggers away, did not ever want that pain again.
