Ok I'll say it since nobody else has. Don't play tennis. Couldn't help it. Seriously though I'm gonna keep up with the replies you get cause I hurt mine pulling on a crappy lawnmower about 3 weeks ago. Can't tell the wife cause I'll have to hear all the yang-yang. Can't take some meds because of other medical issues. May try some of those creams others have mentioned. My hard head has tried waiting it out but that has not been the answer. At least my thumb that took the blow when the rope handle retracted has healed. Eliminating the movement is probably out of the equation.

I wear one of the copper stretch elbow sleeves really helps. Started out with it on all the time when using the arm now I just wear it if it feels like it might come back. Only complaint with them is they roll up on the upper portion sometimes and gets a little snug.

X 4 with Clint. My wife has it in her right arm & those same treatments are what our doctor recommended to her. Aleeve, sleeve & bio-freeze.

Several years ago I suffered from this malady for almost a whole year. Made fishing difficult, to say the least. This is the device my PT gave to me and which I wore for two years. Has worked for me.

I have all but forgotten my bout with it. I know it was about 13 to 14 years ago. Doc gave me a brace about 1.5" wide that strapped just below the elbow. Pain was gone in about a week. I got addicted to that thing. Wore it for two years until Mrs told me it was too nasty to wear anymore. Didn't need it after that. DP

I agree with this, Bio-Freeze is great and the brace works but I can't take Aleeve or others because on I'm blood thinners for A-Fib. For awhile all I did was fish with a minnow on a slip float and long rod that I could raise with my left hand that didn't require casting or using my right arm.

Too many injuries to list here but bio-freeze is a daily thing for me. I've found alternating both heat and cold helps problem areas.

This item does not look like it would help a tender elbow but it might surprise you. As a pharmacist I have recommended them for years. You won't hurt anything by trying it and they only cost a few bucks.
