Lol....yep ....I woulda hung up in 10 minutes and just went online to Amazon and ordered a ducer and a cover.....and would have saved a little money from what I see.
Yeah they should outsource those customer service calls to a foreign country. Get a person over the phone in 2 minutes then take you 2 hours to describe your issue. Lol, why I like to deal with a person face to face a sales rep... then that becomes their problem. At least that's the way I run my business any who... you should back the product you sell :-)
It must have just been a rare thing....everytime I have called humminbird I did not have to be on hold but a few minutes. Their customer service has always been outstanding. I cannot say that about some of the others.

With a 112 Terrova link, two Bird units, and 2 Lakemaster cards, I pretty much had to get the transducer replaced. No need to make it worse by hanging up
