    I filled in the questions when I ordered this pump. The kit with spacer board, cover and 1/2" OD to 1/2" ID rubber elbow would have almost matched the price of just the pump. Kit is $250 for a $280 pump. Figured I could rig it cheaper.
    My son is building a house. It will have the same pump with the kit. He can have this pump as a spare when I have to leave here.
    Filling out the 2 year warranty card, I have to return it with pictures showing the pump is covered from the weather.
