Sounds like this other company you're referring to jumped the "Made In America" ship first by going to China to either save a few bucks or more likely MAKE 2/3 MORE MONEY.
We only sell the Best. Ranger, Xpress, Yamaha, Suzuki, Tohatsu.

No, they went there because the local guy went to them and gave them a price that was 4 times higher than what he had been charging. Then later came back offering to sell them all the jig's and templates for making the product. They gave him the opportunity to bid on it again and he still came back with a price that would put them out of the market. These company's have gone there because we as a country refuse to pay what it costs to manufacture and sell products in this country. And don't get me wrong I understand saving money. And making a dollar stretch as much as anyone. And no their profit margin did not go up. And whether they are making more money or not was not the point I was trying to make.

So Bill, sounds like you are saying everything you sell is "Made In America". Is that true?

I'd like nothing better than to have all our products made here, but it's a quick way to go bankrupt this day and time with all the regs the gov has set. I have several stories about some products I tried to get manufactured here and it would cost me over 3 times what I could sell them for. You just can't buy watermelons for $.50 each and sell them 3 for a dollar.
The products we make are far superior in materials and workmanship than necessary. We do that because we care.
I don't have any problem standing behind all of our products 100%, but not any knock offs. If they aren't purchased from an authorized dealer, and you have a problem, you will be sol.

Glad you got in on this EZ, because if not I would have jumped on two of those this morning for that cost.

On the subject of made in China. 90% of the inventory (diamond blades and bits) we use in my business is made in China or Korea. From what I understand the labor cost is 16 to 1, meaning they can employ 16 workers to one of our American workers. Funny how we live in a country that kicks and screams about fair wages and human rights, but we turn a blind eye to other countries basically implementing a form of slave labor and who's workers live in our below the poverty level. I wish we could get back to the Made in America by Americans, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Nobody can sell Only "Made In America". I was referring to the OTHER company that Cray was talking about NOT you or Millennium.

I guess the product that ducker saw on sale is a knockoff, but until that's proven, it's all speculation as to their originality.

You guys might need to be suing Walmart for selling a knockoff. I'm sure they are aware of the consequences for doing that, and if they were selling knockoffs of my product, my first call would be to an attorney.

I truly wish You and Millennium all the best that business has to offer. Again, my comment Was Not directed towards y'all.

FYI--All of the boat brands and Trailer brands I sell ARE "Made In America". The accessories on them and the engines--Not So Much.

    Thanks for all y'alls support.
I just got off the phone with a guy that purchased from Amazon and he has a problem right out of the box. My suggestion to him was to send it back and get a refund. I'll send him one that I know is genuine and backed with our full warranty. You will have to make your own decision as to whether saving a few dollars is worth the potential head ache in the future, or as in his case, current head ache. We have materials and quality control that are second to none. It's your choice, pay me now or pay me later..

We didn't get in this fix over night, like 50+ years and we won't get out of it any quicker, imho, if we don't put a stop to some/most of these government regulations, we will never get back to the great "Made In America" we all want.

Sorry, Bill. I misinterpreted the statement. Haste makes waste..

none of these places are authorized dealers of ours, where else could they be getting them and selling at those prices. I sure can't sell for that, and my overhead is really, really small.... I didn't and am not in this for the money, I'm just a crappie fisherman and want to share as much as I can with my fellow crappie fishermen. I'm sure Millennium needs to make a profit, but not that much.

Yes they can. The vast majority of equipment used in the oil and gas industry is American made from American raw materials by Americans. China, Russia, Indonesia, etc. are major customers. I know this as fact.
