Default Need Advice on Summertime Crappie on Conway

Several of ya'll have gotten me started from late October thru mid-May crappie fishing on Conway, and while not a great fisherman, have been catching enough for me (5-12 a trip is all I look for - don't like to clean more than that).

Now that the water has gotten into the 82-86 range, and will be getting higher soon, I haven't a clue what my summer strategy should be (perhaps it should be to play golf until late October ).

Any advice would be most appreciated. Basically like to single pole jig, but somewhat open to other methods (I enjoy the thump of a few more than the pull of a bunch from trolling and have zero interest in spider rigging).

Someone mentioned to me that the white crappie seemed to almost disappear from Conway during the summer. I know that there are bound to be a bunch in there hid out somewhere.

LOL!!! You guys are a trip!! Hey Bobby I was thinking about a drone to follow CP around Conway a bit. I just have not figured out how to get the exact way point yet! Once they come out in stealth mode I might can get close enough.

actually, I have met Chris several times, often in the same area, but it has always been in the fall, winter, and spring when I can catch a few myself. haven't seen him lately though, so I figure I am in the wrong location for post spawn and early summer
