I mount mine on the underside of the lid over the gas tank. Out of the way and use up wasted space.

Think im going with the noco genius 30 amp 3 bank over the mk330d because it's 6lb lighter and half as long. Any ideas where to get my battery terminals? Will be soldering them in. Also need the terninal ends for the cb connection which are 1/4 studs and the wire is 4ga or 6ga all the way around. Any ideas?

Check WW Grainger. They should have everything you need over on Nanconna off Milbranch.

I just put mine in the storage compartment and cut out a hole for the cords to hook to battery. I didn't even mount it inside the compartment. I use styrofoal pieces to hold it snug in the compartment. I can lift it in/out when I plug it up so it doesn't get too hot. Seems to be working well for me!

I never understood the reason, but my manual said the charger should be mounted vertically, not sitting flat. Mine is mounted to the transom because that was the best location so it is vertical but I don't know why it matters.
