I flew to Dallas I think three times at my previous job. It was always in early March...and I thought it would be a nice break to get to some warmer weather for a while. Each year Missouri was having one of those hang on winters. Well anyway...twice they had freak cold fronts and ice storms on the day i was to fly out, Only time I ever had to fly in a plane with de-icer on the wings. Pakistani taxi driver on one of the occasions was driving so fast on that ice to the airport I left finger prints on the arm rest. I don't mind flying much but possible ICING on the wings makes me pucker. The only time it was warm had to fly from Dallas to Tyler. Got to Tyler in a massive thunderstorm. Pilot tried to land but crosswind blew him off the approach and he had to slam the throttles down and haul back on the stick to recover...we circled for half an hour waiting for it to calm down enough to land. I near kissed the ground on that one.

Anyway...you won't have none of that. Enjoy Dallas... got good restaurants and hospitable people...good fishing too but I ain't never went to fish LOL

I did too. Training with the big bosses for the week. Good thing about it is I don't have a computer with me so I don't have any catastrophes to deal with
