A WEST wind is bad on all of the Big 4. East winds are fishable in spots on all of them. Enid does have more spots that are fishable in most any wind direction. Just be careful where you launch.

Hey, what are the wind directions and speeds that make you hesitate fishing Sardis? We are coming down the 20th and so we are starting to look at weather. If Sardis becomes unsafe or not fishable, which of the other big three would you recommend? I know Sardis can be hard to escape the wind, but the others may have places to get out of it.

Give a man a fish and feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day!

I know a west wind on grenada is very dangerous, the lake can go from smooth as glass to white caps very quickly especially if your in the graysport area!

5-10 on any of them is ok, if it's accurate. 10-15 mph winds or more, you have to be really careful. GL.
