    Man they are such a joy to cook on! Definietly the best fish cookers out there in my opinion. And use rice bran oil! Has a higher scorching point and also to my knowledge the only grease that does not transfer taste to your food.

    I used to run noodles at Horseshoe while I spider rigged. Best of both worlds. Love those cold water hump backs.
