    Mississippi Wildlife,fisheries and parks has a app for your cell phone that has gps and a lot other things like calendar and fishing reports. Check it out here it is free the name of it is called the pocket ranger.

    Boatbottom, just go buy you a Garmin Etrex for a 100 bucks! Had one for over 10yrs. Use it to mark fishing spots, hunting spots, etc. I have a GPS on my phone, but it ain't worth a "hoot" unless you're in the shade! You won't be sorry!

    I have an etrex that is close to ten years old . It is the base model . no maps computer downloads ,ect . to just mark and return it's good . Its the one most take on a guide trip for a day then them/friends fish the next 5 days . lol

    Any model is good as long as it is a Garmin...have owned 4 models. All were good

    Garmin seems to be the name most of y'all recommend. Gonna shop for a base model.
